Inception reports detail all aspects of the project.
Work plans and budgets are monitored for on-target delivery.
A reference group of experts is selected for each project to ensure quality and rigor.
Progress reports and presentations are made available to relevant stakeholders. Stakeholders participate in validation exercises.
